We mainly manufacture bending molds for door sashes, channels, moles, and rails. They are suitable for products to which high quality is required due to the complex cross sections. Processes such as holes, separated cuts, end cuts, and notches can be integrated into the mold in accordance with the customer’s needs. While initial planning is performed with spring back analysis, tuning of the molds in accordance with the characteristics of the machine is required in the case of hydraulic type benders. Micro bending with complex cross sections needs to be preformed by the stretch bending method.

Primarily, the molds are used to bend the center rail. The mold itself is simple and small. The goal is to boost the yield, and the chuck part is specialized.
